Curated.Works: Accessorize Me – Chanel S/S 2014

The Accessorize Me series has finally come to an end and here is the last illustration piece.

For this one, Natalia has picked the Chanel pop art backpack from the S/S 2014 collection. This collection is fabulous and is probably one of my favourite Chanel collections to date. The artist imagined the keychain as the vines and let her character sits on it. I find this composition to be very creative and the outfit creates an interesting contrast against the backpack.

Curated.Works: Accessorize Me – Saint Laurent S/S 2014

So far, you have seen the beautiful accessories from Dior and Altuzarra and I hope they are on your most wanted list as well. For this week, we are going to take a look at Saint Laurent.

The YSL studded handbag is a very edgy accessory piece, and if you have been following the YSL runway shows under the creative direction of Hedi Slimane, you should know the brand is going for a more rock and roll attitude. The illustrated girl by Natalia sits nicely on top of the bag and I personally think she is full of attitude.

Curated.Works: Accessorize Me – Altuzarra S/S 2014

Last time I showed you the Dior piece and I hope you liked it. For this week, Natalia has picked the necklace from Altuzarra S/S 2014 collection and I think this is a nice choice.

The necklace gives me a mysterious vibe, which helps to create the femme fatale image of the Altuzarra girl in this collection. I like the outfit Natalia picked in this illustration as it is very sexy and edgy.

Curated.Works: Accessorize Me – Christian Dior S/S 2014

Natalia Jhete and I finally have the chance to collaborate on a new illustration project and this series is definitely a unique one. Unlike the previous projects I have done before, this one actually merges photography and illustration together to give you a fun visual experience.

For this series, Natalia has picked some of the most iconic S/S 2014 accessories and pair them with her own illustrated figures. The first one is from Christian Dior and I personally think this is one of the most beautiful heels in this season. The composition is great and I feel like the heel is acting like the garden for the Dior girl to explore.
