For the S/S 2024 Paris Fashion Week, I sent Maria Zober to the AZ Factory S/S 2024 runway show. After watching the show, Maria created a few illustrations based on the collection.

Here are Maria‘s thoughts after watching the show.

“I was very excited for this runway show, as this time AZ Factory did not present a collaboration with an external “amigo“. The collection was created “in-house“ by Norman René Devera and Peter Movrin. Being present at a runway show is always a special and somewhat holistic experience of the presentation: the people, the venue, music etc give a clearer view of the designer‘s vision. For me as an artist, attending a live runway show helps tremendously to capture the essence of a collection. The designers, hand-picked by Alber Elbaz himself, resurrected, revived, and renewed his vision with their own spin to it and left the audience in complete awe- including myself. Tassels, fringes, flowers and translucent layering- all combined into a deconstructed 24 hours in the life of a woman, from AM to PM.”
